Spend some time collating as many photographs of your property and community area as you can. Fellow owners may have communal pictures you could use. Friends and family may have some they took during their last visit. There may even be some stock photos that you can use. Don’t discount photos because the sky is cloudy or someone left a drinks container on the table. With the magic of photo editing software pictures can be changed into something more appealing.
